Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Ability to operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures in manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Experience with CNC setup and tool changes
- Background in metal, automotive, or precision engineering
- Experience working in high-volume production environments
CNC Operator
Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications and production schedules.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Setup & Maintenance: Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and routine maintenance.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
